Cycling on sidewalks currently prohibited

Currently, it is illegal for anyone, including children, to ride bicycles on sidewalks in NH. I would like to try to amend the statutes so that cyclists can use the sidewalks as long as they yield to pedestrians. I haven't figured out the best way to go about this, but when I do, I'll post it here.
